It is easy to become focused on all the terminology, but our main focus should be on what each type of document or control is trying to achieve. Remember that papers sitting in a file in the office do not make the brewery safer on their own. Beyond the importance of making sure the documents are logical and address the key risks, the implementation of their suggested controls is what really counts!
