Lesson 4 - Hop Chemistry

This lesson continues our study of hops. We focus on the chemical compounds found in hops, and how they affect both beer flavour and aroma.

We identify where the key components can be found in the hops, looking at them in greater detail in their constituent groups, and describe how each of these components plays a role in beer flavour.
