Preface
This lesson continues our study of hops, bringing together all that we have learnt, and applying it to brewing.
In previous lessons, we have covered hop biology and cultivation, hop chemistry and the hop products available. So, we know where they come from, what is in them and the forms hops come in. Now it’s time to learn how to use them!
