Response:
HACCP looks at the safety of food within the brewery. The HACCP team will include members of the various elements of the production function like lab, brewing, process, packaging, warehouse, and transport, along with a management team member. TACCP looks at the threats to integrity of the product in the whole supply chain from malicious adulteration. Your TACCP team will therefore have a representative from security as well as staff from the internal supply chain. And yes, the security representative will have a lead role in the VACCP team as they will have knowledge of the vulnerability of the product in the supply chain to economically motivated tampering.
