This unit covers steam and refrigeration. Steam and refrigeration form the core of any brewery, as most processes involve either heating or cooling (very similar to how your kitchen relies on having a stove and a fridge for you to make food). This unit aims to provide you with a detailed understanding of the theory of steam and refrigeration, as well as the equipment involved in the generation, distribution, and use of steam and refrigeration.
